Aaron has been a builder for over 30 years, and has an extensive knowledge from the ground up. He really knows his work, and he’s a fussy guy - you’ll see that come through in the detail of our homes.

Bee is an interior design specialist and the sales manager for Bay Carpentry. She loves beautiful things, and she could talk your ear off when it comes to design inspiration for your home!

When our family was young, we wanted to buy the house of our dreams but we couldn’t afford it. That’s what inspired us to start providing high quality, beautiful, and affordable homes to Kiwi families.

It’s safe to say that building excellence runs in the family. One of our certified builders is our son Chris, our apprentice Dylan is part of the family, and our landscaper Phil from Bay Scapes is also our oldest son. 

We’ve spent years extending the family with our hand-picked team of skilled architects, designers, electricians, plumbers, painters and roofers. They all share our high standards and we can rely on them to deliver.

Our business is growing and we’re now pleased to offer house and land packages in the Bay of Plenty, as well as custom residential builds.
